At Gym Solutions, we stand behind the quality of every new, used, and remanufactured piece of fitness equipment we sell.
New Equipment
All new gym equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, as outlined in the product documentation.
Used Equipment
Every used product is carefully inspected and tested before sale. Used items are sold under one of the following options:
- 6-Month Warranty: Includes Gym Solutions’ 6-month parts and labour coverage.
- As-Is Condition: Equipment sold in “as is” condition comes without warranty but has been checked and tested to ensure full working order prior to sale.

Returns Policy
Please choose carefully when making your purchase. Gym Solutions does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a product is found to be defective, our team will inspect the item. Once confirmed as defective, Gym Solutions will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase.
Shipping Policy
We offer reliable Australia-wide delivery on all gym and fitness equipment.
Once equipment has left the Gym Solutions warehouse, responsibility transfers to the appointed carrier. We disclaim any liability for loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit by third-party freight or removalist companies.
To safeguard your purchase, insurance options are available with all carrier services. Please speak with your sales assistant during the quoting process if you wish to include insurance coverage.
You may also choose to collect your equipment directly from our Sydney warehouse.
